What is the minimum income for a World Mastercard?
While there is no official minimum salary requirement for a credit card, issuers are still required to ensure that applicants can afford monthly payments. As a result, your chances of approval are better with a higher income.
Apply for your card
To be eligible you need to: Have a gross individual income of least $50,000 for applicant or $80,000 for household income, at least $250,000 in assets or at least $15,000 purchases (existing clients only) on your card per year.

World Elite Mastercards typically require excellent or good credit to apply—defined by FICO as a score of 670 and up—and may carry an annual fee. If you don't frequently stay at high-end hotels, you may find a World Mastercard or the standard Mastercard to be a better fit.
It comes equipped with reward points for purchases, and travel-specific benefits that give you exceptional service. It is accepted at over 35 million locations worldwide; twice as many places as American Express5. The minimum credit line is $10,000.
The National Bank World Elite Mastercard may be worth it if you earn enough points to offset the annual fee. This may be easier than you think if you unlock all the welcome offers and, in general, spend a lot at grocery stores and restaurants.
Applications for the Triangle World Elite Mastercard are currently only being accepted online. Minimum $80,000 annual income or $150,000 household income is required.
